- This contest is open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and Washington D.C., 18 years of age and older, except the employees of the sponsors, Duncan McIntosh Co., Inc., and members of their immediate families.
- Boating World, Sea Magazine, The Log and Fish Rap News and their respective websites are all DBA's of Duncan McIntosh Co. Inc (DMC). DMC may, at its option, combine all of the entries from the four publications and their websites into a single drawing for administrative purposes in selecting winners and awarding prizes.
- Each winner will be notified by e-mail on or about six weeks after submission. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification.
- One winner will receive one of the prizes shown with an approximate retail value ("ARV") of $85. Publisher may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
- By entering and/or by accepting a prize, you agree to be bound by these rules and to release sponsors from any and all liability arising out of your participation in this contest with respect to the awarding, receipt, use and/or misuse of any prize.
- Liability for any applicable taxes will be the sole responsibility of the winner. Any required tax reporting forms will be furnished to the internal revenue service. All expenses not specifically provided for by sponsors in these rules are the sole responsibility of the winner.
- Entries that are lost, late, illegible or incomplete for any reason will not be eligible. Sponsors reserve the right to modify or terminate this contest or disqualify any entry in the event of technical impairment by computer virus or otherwise. In the event of a dispute concerning the identity of the person submitting an entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the email account is registered. This sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States with venue in Orange county in the state of California.
